Denise has lived her entire life in San Luis Obispo and attended local schools including Cal Poly.  She has served as a Director on the SLO Board of Realtors and is a member of both the National and California Associations of Realtors.

Denise's husband, Bart is a recently retired Captain of SLOPD and is also a licensed Realtor who contributes to the exceptional service that her clients receive. She has several generations of family and friends in the area and is involved in her community through several service organizations.  Currently, she is President of the Central Coast Women's League.

A successful business and high rate of referrals has resulted from Denise's extensive knowledge of SLO County and her commitment to outstanding service.
