Over the years he has developed expertise in all areas of the brokerage business. While residential resale is the number one area of concentration, he has extensive experience with commercial and investment properties.

He has completed over thirty million dollars volume in IRS 1031 tax deferred exchange transactions. He holds a lifetime California Community College Instructors Credential in Real Estate and is a past member of the California Association of Real Estate Teachers.
