As a licensed REALTOR®, Craig worked in Santa Barbara and Montecito while building and managing his own real estate portfolio. Driven by his passion for the Central Coast, Craig returned to San Luis Obispo with his family in 2001 to join The Real Estate Group of San Luis Obispo. Craig opened a new branch of The Real Estate Group in his own ocean front mixed use building at 370 Front Street, Avila Beach CA. on June 1, 2007. Craig has consulted, purchased, sold or represented clients on more than $100,000,000 in real estate transactions in California. His record is impeccable and his strong ethics are his most valuable attribute to being a REALTOR®. Craig enjoys baseball, football, downhill skiing, upland birding, and water fowl hunting throughout the West. He looks forward to advising or representing new clients in commercial or residential real estate on the Central Coast.

Craig was born in Marin County, California and lived in San Rafael and Terra Linda for 12 years. He moved to Fresno in 1972 with his family. His Parents started an Avis Truck Rental Franchise in Fresno in 1972. Craig graduated from Bullard High School in 1978 and went on to graduate from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Property Management.
